We are currently seeking a versatile and skilled Technical Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Open Dispo. We sell a white label version of Go HighLevel, and our clientele consists of real estate investors.
This role is pivotal in our client journey, encompassing the spectrum from sales support and client onboarding to long-term client success and retention. In particular, we are interested in individuals who can effectively manage and support clients coming to us directly as well as those referred by our external affiliates.
Sales Support & Lead Generation:
Partner with our Sales team to conduct product demos, generating leads that convert into potential clients. This includes clients coming to us directly or via our external affiliates.
Client Onboarding:
Guide new clients through our system post-sale, ensuring a seamless and positive start to their experience with our services.
Client Success & Account Management:
Maintain high client satisfaction by offering ongoing technical support and working sessions, nurturing relationships, and resolving any issues. This includes supporting clients introduced through our affiliates.
Upselling & Cross-Selling:
Spot opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our SaaS products to existing clients, enhancing their experience and our revenue.
Affiliate Partnership Management:
Collaborate closely with our Affiliate Partners, ensuring smooth transitions and continuous support for clients they refer to us.
Target Income: $16,793.75/year or $1399.48/month + Compounding Affiliate Subscription Income
